RAICES Families Together Fund

RAICES provides legal representation and comprehensive case management services to migrant families. These services are personalized to each family’s background, experiences and needs. Some of the services provided through this fund may include: bond payments, emergency assistance, temporary housing, safety planning, access to mental health services and medical care, and access to basic travel needs. 

RAICES Legal Representation, Education, and Advocacy Fund (LEAF) for Unaccompanied Children

The Legal Representation, Advocacy, and Education Project will provide universal representation for released unaccompanied kids in Texas. Last year, there were over 13,000 kids who were not represented in immigration court in Texas. Children with representation are 5x more likely to be successful in their case than children who go to court alone. Representation is often the last line of safety for children vulnerable to exploitation by both a system and a country hostile to their presence.
